Kenya Education Travel offers an immersive learning experience where conservation, community development, and sustainable tourism come together. Based in Voi, near Tsavo East National Park, this field-based program gives students direct exposure to wildlife conservation, cultural heritage, and community engagement.
Through guided fieldwork and experiential learning, participants gain practical insight into the challenges shaping modern Africa. Furthermore, students engage directly with local communities, conservation practitioners, and regional experts. As a result, learning extends far beyond the classroom.
The program explores the biodiversity-rich forests of the Taita Hills and the wildlife ecosystems of Tsavo East National Park. In addition, students examine human-wildlife coexistence, sustainable tourism, and community-led conservation initiatives. Throughout the journey, participants develop a deeper understanding of conservation, sustainability, and responsible global citizenship.
Designed for universities and study-abroad programs, Kenya Education Travel combines academic learning with real-world experience. Consequently, students return with valuable knowledge, practical skills, and a broader perspective on conservation and development in East Africa.
